No jargon. No pressure.Just honest answers.

We’re Here to Clear Things Up.

Both — and everything in between.

We work with startups validating their first idea, SMEs scaling up production, and established chemical companies developing new products, expansions, or optimization projects.

If a project involves chemistry, equipment, and real engineering decisions, we’re usually a good fit — regardless of company size.

Yes — and that’s very common.

Many of our projects start with:

  • Laboratory-scale data
  • A block flow diagram
  • A rough process sketch
  • Or sometimes just a chemistry concept

We help structure the process, identify scale-up risks early, and guide you toward the right next step — whether that’s simulation, a BEP, or a pilot plant.

Not at all.

Our work spans:

  • Lab-to-pilot scale systems
  • Skid-mounted pilot plants
  • Small and mid-scale commercial units
  • Full-scale industrial facilities

We design processes to be scalable by nature, so you’re never locked into something that can’t grow with your business.

Yes, this is where we do our best work.

We always welcome first-of-a-kind (FOAK) chemical processes with limited data and no reference plants. We help deep-tech startups and R&D teams turn novel chemistry into safe, operable, and scalable engineering designs using simulation, pilot-focused thinking, and strong fundamentals.

If your process hasn’t been done before, you’re in the right place.

Real engineering.

Our deliverables typically include:

  • Process simulations (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, ChemCAD)
  • PFDs, P&IDs, and Heat & Mass Balances
  • Equipment sizing and technical datasheets
  • General arrangement drawing (GAD) and detailed drawing preparation
  • Mechanical, piping, electrical, and instrumentation design
  • Construction-ready detailed engineering (IFC documentation)

Everything we deliver is designed to work in the field, not just look good on paper.

We are primarily an engineering consultancy, not a traditional EPC contractor.

That said, our involvement does not stop at drawings. We remain closely engaged during execution and can selectively support equipment supply, where it makes technical and commercial sense.

How we typically support execution:

  • Vendor selection and technical bid evaluation
  • Vendor drawing and document review
  • FAT, erection, and commissioning support
  • Close coordination with fabricators and site teams through trusted partners

Equipment supply — where we get directly involved:

  • Turnkey supply of skid-mounted and containerized pilot plants
  • Supply of key process equipment for commercial plants (such as reactors, specialized heat exchangers, packaged units, or critical separation equipment)
  • Modular or packaged systems where engineering and fabrication must stay tightly integrated

For large commercial plants, we intentionally limit direct supply to critical or specialized equipment, while overall construction and bulk procurement are handled by EPCs or fabricators. This ensures:

  • Clear responsibility boundaries
  • Technical independence
  • High engineering quality without EPC overheads

In short, we engineer everything, supply selectively, and support execution technically—ensuring that the process designed on paper performs reliably in the field.

Of course, that’s exactly what we’re here for!

Most clients don’t come in knowing what they need. We start with a short discussion to understand:

  • Your chemistry and process idea
  • Your goal (proof-of-concept, demo, or production)
  • Your timeline and budget constraints

From there, we recommend the right engineering path, without overselling unnecessary work

Yes, intentionally so.

We work with:

  • Stage-wise engineering (pay as you progress)
  • Clearly defined scopes with no surprises
  • Practical designs that avoid over-engineering

Our objective is to help you succeed technically and commercially — not to burden you early in your journey.

Absolutely, this is one of our core strengths.

We focus closely on:

  • Heat release and runaway risks
  • Pressure relief and depressurization requirements
  • Control, interlocks, and shutdown philosophy
  • Startup and shutdown behavior

Our goal is to design processes that are safe, operable, and forgiving, especially during early scale-up.

We use industry-standard engineering tools, including:

  • Aspen HYSYS
  • Aspen Plus
  • ChemCAD
  • Aspen EDR / HTRI (for heat exchanger design)
  • PV Elite and CAESAR II (for mechanical and piping, where required)

No black boxes — models are explained, documented, and shared with you.

Yes, very much so.

We make a conscious effort to explain things clearly and avoid unnecessary jargon.
If something is complex, we break it down using diagrams, discussions, and simple explanations.

Engineering should feel empowering, not intimidating.

We work with clients across India and globally.

Most of our engineering work is digital (design, simulation, reviews), and we support site activities through partners when on-site presence is required.

We work across:

  • Specialty and fine chemicals
  • Pharmaceuticals and intermediates
  • Petrochemicals and polymers
  • Biofuels and renewable chemicals
  • Agrochemicals
  • Pilot plants and R&D facilities

If your project involves chemistry plus equipment, there’s a good chance we can help.

It’s simple — just reach out.

You can share:

  • A short description of your idea
  • Lab data (if available)
  • A rough flow diagram
  • Or simply book an initial discussion

We’ll take it from there.

Because we’re:

  • Technically strong
  • Startup-friendly and scalable
  • Honest about what’s needed (and what isn’t)
  • Focused on engineering that actually works in the real world

We don’t just design processes — we help you build confidence in your technology.

Still have questions?

That’s perfectly okay. Let’s talk — no pressure, no sales pitch.
